At Asoebi Slayer, we take pride in creating bespoke dresses made just for you. Due to the custom nature of our designs, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue.
❌ No Returns on Custom Orders
All made-to-order and custom-sized dresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they fall under the exchange policy above.
📦 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the error was on our part.
